FAQs

  • Do you offer products in sizes or options different than the options on your website? At the moment no, however if you signup to our newsletter at the bottom of this page we will keep you updated on new releases and sizes. 

  • I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation. What do I do? Please email amplifyyourreality@gmail.com and will verify if your order went through.
  • When will I receive my order? We manufacture each order based on your specific requirements. If you are in the US standard shipping is within 9 business days (we usually ship within 1 to 3 business days).
  • Do you ship internationally and will I have to pay for customs and VAT? Yes we also ship internationally, the end customer is responsible for all customs and duties fees.
  • Can I change or cancel my order, or update my shipping address? After your order has gone into production, we can no longer cancel the item as the printing process is entirely automated.
  • What shipping carrier and shipping methods are you using? We usually use UPS or DHL.

  • What happens if I don’t receive my order or my tracking link is not valid? Sometimes, packages miss their scans at checkpoints during the shipping process, so tracking events on a shipping carrier’s website don’t always capture what’s happening with a package in real-time. We’ve also seen instances where a tracking number isn’t updated, activated on time, or activated at all and the shipment still makes it to you. ○ From our experience, most packages that have tracking issues still make it to the customer, but if the predicted shipping time has passed and your package hasn’t shown up, please let us know so we can get you a replacement order.

  • I’m not happy with the product, what do I do? We insist that you love everything you buy from us. If you're unhappy for any reason whatsoever, just email amplifyyourreality@gmail.com to let us know and we'll bend over backwards to make things right again.
  • I received a damaged product, what do I do? If the product you received is damaged or has an issue with the image we will reprint it and send it again at no cost to you but you have 1 month to notify us.
